After 17 years of providing arts related activities to the young people of Barton upon Humber and the surrounding area, the children’s charity ST-ART is to close and will no longer be offering activities after December 15.
The Trustees would like to thank everyone who has supported ST-ART either by providing grants, volunteering, the artists involved and particularly the young people who have attended the many opportunities that ST-ART has offered since it began in 2004.
Welcome to ST-ART!
ST-ART is a registered charity that offers a range of creative art activities for young people, taking place during school holidays and after school. We aim to develop creativity and channel young imaginations, fostering a love of art from a young age. ST-ART works with young people from 7 to 19 years.
All art clubs are held at Headway Centre, Baysgarth School, 67 Barrow Road, Barton upon Humber, DN18 6AE.
We look forward to seeing you all!

The popular Art Club offers weekly sessions with professional artists, every Wednesday evening (term time only) from 6.30pm – 8.30pm. Young people practise a range of arts and crafts, from wire sculptures to screen printed bags, tie-dye t-shirts to collages and paintings. The club is open to all young people aged 7-19 years (one group for 7-11 year olds, and one group for 12-19 year olds), at a cost of £1.50 per person. Held at Baysgarth school.
Several businesses support our weekly Art Club, to ensure we can continue to offer sessions for young people in the local area. A huge thank you to the following businesses and funders:
